How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your ELYTX purchase:
Contact Us
Email elytxteam@elytx.ie with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason (wrong size, not as expected, etc.). We respond within 24 hours.
Receive Instructions
We'll send you personalized return instructions including our return address and any additional guidance specific to your situation.
Pack & Ship
Securely pack your item(s) in original packaging if possible. Ship to the address provided. Keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 1-2 days), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed in original condition
- All original tags and labels attached
- Returned in original packaging (when possible)
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Shipping Information
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Customer responsibility: Size exchanges, change of mind, or preference changes
- ELYTX covers costs: Defective items, wrong items sent, or quality issues
If the return is our fault, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Return Address
For security reasons, we don't publish our return address publicly. When you contact us to initiate a return, we'll provide the specific address and any special instructions for your return.
Tracking Your Return
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return. Keep your tracking number and shipping receipt until your refund is processed. This protects both you and us in case of lost packages.
Special Circumstances
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the defect or damage
- Include photos of packaging if applicable
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping
- In most cases, you won't need to return the defective item
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item:
- Email us with your order number and a photo of what you received
- We'll send the correct item immediately at no cost
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned following the same process. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method. If the recipient prefers store credit, please let us know when initiating the return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from when we confirmed processing:
- Check your bank account again (sometimes processing takes longer)
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before it's posted)
- Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
- Items without tags or in worn/washed condition
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Gift cards and digital products

Can I return an item after 30 days?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date. We recommend trying on items promptly upon arrival to ensure they meet your expectations within the return window.
Do I need the original packaging?
While not required, we strongly encourage returning items in their original packaging to ensure safe transit. Items must be in new, unworn condition regardless of packaging.
Can I return sale items?
Yes! Sale items can be returned following the same policy, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
What if I lost my order confirmation email?
No problem! If you have an ELYTX account, you can find your order number by logging in. Otherwise, contact us with the email address used for the purchase and approximate order date, and we'll locate your order.
Can I return items purchased with a discount code?
Yes. Your refund will be for the amount you actually paid after the discount was applied.
