Tracking not updating? Allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear in the An Post system.

Shipping Issues & FAQs

What if my order is delayed?

While rare, delays can occur due to weather, high volume periods, or address issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, first check your An Post tracking for updates. If there's no update after 6 working days, please contact us with your order number.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

An Post will leave a delivery notice card with instructions. You can typically collect your package from your local post office or arrange redelivery through An Post's website.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately and we'll update your address. Once dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not currently. ELYTX ships exclusively within Ireland. We're working on expanding internationally—subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.

What about customs or import fees?

Since all orders ship within Ireland, there are no customs fees or import duties for our customers.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, but if something goes wrong, we're here to help.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Look around your property for safe place deliveries
  • Contact your local An Post office with your tracking number
  • If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate
Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
  • Email us immediately with photos and your order number
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly
  • You don't need to return damaged items unless requested
